BP Journal app functions as a companion to your at-home blood pressure monitor. The application enables you to record your blood pressure readings, analyze trends, and share reports with your healthcare provider. With the ability to support multiple profiles, you can also monitor the blood pressure of other family members.
Note: This app DOES NOT measure blood pressure. To ensure accurate readings, please use a clinically-validated blood pressure monitor with an inflatable cuff.
